Your child's safety is our priority

1. Our Cardiff Indoor Play Centre next door has welcomed over 500,000 children with their Parents.

2. All our staff have a Children's First Aid qualification.

3. Caerleon operates a strict and secure drop off and collection policy

4. Caerleon operates a Secure Door Entry System ensuring:

• Our staff are able to control who is on the premises
• Children will remain on the premises at all times except when they have supervised play in the Garden or on organised trips outside Caerleon

5. All rooms and exits are covered by CCTV

6. Mobile phones are not permitted to be used within the premises

7. We will send every Parent copies of all regulatory inspections

8. Electrical and other equipment is professionally inspected annually and all certificates are available.

9. Caerleon complies fully with all government regulations

10. All toys comply fully with Toy Safety Regulations.
